I dropped my return off in the middle of March. It is now Oct 3rd and my return is not complete. I was told there was confusion on who was going to complete it. I got no return phone calls from anybody at the association. I am now up against the dealine to file. Terrible customer service.

We were here to get my mother's taxes done. We were able to schedule our appointment with Erin in just a few days. When we arrived the front desk was very professional, got us right in to see Erin. She had everything done quickly and easily and answered all of our questions. Overall I am very glad we had them do Mom's taxes and will be using them in the future.

Erin Jenner did my tax preparation, not only was she rude and condescending, she laughed at me when I told her how upset I was with the service I received. When I asked her questions she was rude and had a nasty attitude. Every time I talked to her I felt like I was bothering her, she told me I had already asked her these questions and couldn't understand why I was calling. She was supposed to do my fiancé's amendment and told me it would be done ASAP, when I called about it she yelled at me and told me she wouldn't do anything until our bill was paid.
