She is the owner, stylist and aficionado of the Hair Quarters in downtown Muncy on Main St. I discovered Deb over 10 years ago when I happened to be talking to a friend one night. I told her I had a major dilemma trying to find a stylist who would listen to what I wanted and would be able to fulfill my wishes. She said I know just the woman for you. Her name was Deb Lucas and her shop The Hair Quarters was in Muncy. Well, needless to say 10 years later my wife and stepdaughter have been going to her ever since.
