When I called him he got back to me in record breaking time which was amazing. He was prompt and on time and kept me in the loop when he was on way which is unheard of in this day and age. Right from the second I met him with his friendly smile he was courteous, pleasant, polite and considerate . He was ever so patient with my never ending questions and explained everything clearly to my husband and I. He was so well informed there wasn't a question he couldn't answer. Since I needed documentation immediately he was able to accommodate me which I was extremely appreciative and grateful for. He certainly does know his job. The representative was very professional and did the inspection thoroughly. After the inspection was complete, I received an email copy of the emergency plan that day and a paper version within the week.
