Scott, Brad and Christine are a breath of fresh air - straightforward, professional and capable. They'll tell you what you need without the all too common upsell one hears from the big HVAC outfits. And they do excellent work. Highly recommended!

Scott A. Martin Services has been servicing our oil burner / hot water heat for years. I've been happy with their work every time, whether it's been a routine cleaning / seasonal tune up, or an emergency repair. When I first moved in, we were with a bigger provider, and they were OK, but they were a little more expensive, and I just felt like an account number. The technicians from S.A.M. Services have always gone our of their way to explain what needed to be done, and why. And, it doesn't hurt that they're local!

These guys are excellent - Scott is knowledgeable and helpful, and Brad did a great job explaining things as he went last time he was at our house as well. Reasonable and straightforward pricing and good solid work. Would definitely recommend.
