The wolf team is second to none, constant communication, quick resolution times and incredibly insightful information make working with wolf a breeze. I feel supported and listened to when I have an issue, going above and beyond is just what wolf does. Ben stayed on the phone with me and the Lenovo agent to make sure all of my issues were addressed and correctly managed. Wolf Consulting has an excellent business model - one overall fee, and pretty much all of your IT management needs are met. On the whole, their employees are diligent, knowledgeable and friendly. In addition they have some real rock stars in the front line client-contact positions. These guys make submitting a service ticket something pretty close to fun. I'd highly recommend them. My company has been a client for about six months.
