I don't know how anyone could leave a bad review. I feel they would take care of any problem you may have. Cayla is who we actually get greeted by when checking in is the perfect example of customer service. Everyone else seems pretty friendly also. No complaints yet. Clean, cheap and definitely a great place to meet your goals.
Staff is super nice and the place is clean. Would be 5 stars, but a good bit of time the music is super loud. With 300$ noise canceling headphones I can’t flush it out. I just turn off my music on those days, but definitely loud enough to cause headaches for some people. Loud music, plus seeing Jerry Springer every day are my only real complaints. Generally it’s a pretty good place though
Love it here. Very clean, nice people, and tons of equipment. It’s nice being open 24 hours, I’ve not been able to sleep and go to the gym at 3am. I like how bright it is in there with natural light too! Never too crowded. Even if it gets busy, there’s so much equipment, you never have to wait for anything. Best price around.
