I have been coming to this gym for 3.5 years regularly. The staff here is great and the value is good. However, machines are frequently broken. There are not enough Smith machines (good luck getting on one) or some other machines. Also the planet fitness crowd meter never accurately tells you how busy the gym is. It will read 2 bars and you will be waiting in line for machines. I was told over 2 years ago that they would be getting all new updated equipment but hasn't happened yet.
I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and cleanliness of this Planet Fitness. Both staff and members are friendly and create an environment where you can get a good personal workout.
I’ve been going to the Planet Fitness in Monroeville for over 3 years now and it’s always clean and well maintained. The staff is friendly and helpful too. Lately, I’ve noticed one employee, Kayla, who is always working hard — every time I’m there she’s cleaning and keeping the place looking great. Her effort definitely doesn’t go unnoticed:)
