Best experience I've had with a contractor in ...maybe ever. The most important thing to me is communication. Pittsburgh's Best Remodeling (PBR) was extremely responsive. Onsite workers were respectful, friendly, and very competent. Project was managed without feeling that I was being nickle-and-dimed by scope changes. Services that were unclear in the scope of work were evaluated and included at no charge where appropriate. I never felt like the job was bought low in an attempt to upcharge additional work at a higher margin. Nick (our lead) was a craftsman. Took his time. Did it right. Kept working on it until it was just so. We're extremely happy with our remodel. Would definitely recommend.

This is my second time using them. First time was my kitchen. This time had all my 3 bathrooms remodeled. They turned out better than I expected. Nick and Sam were very professional and did an excellent job. The downstairs bathroom was a little difficult due to it being uneven but Nick worked hard to correct. I am very happy with how the bathrooms turned out. Highly recommend.

We wanted to finish the basement in our 100+ year old house in Mt. Lebo. Big undertaking, so we got 5 quotes. From the beginning, there was not even a comparison to Pittsburgh's Best. They definitely were not the cheapest. But they have their system down! Professionals from every angle. All the steps, electric, carpentry, finishing, communication, inspections, design, materials, scheduling...everything. 100% of the people on the team were a joy to work with, and the end result did not disappoint. Our basement looks like a brand new house in a new neighborhood. Worth every penny. Casey, the owner, has put together an awesome team too! Tobey is a true craftsman, carpenter, and remodel master. My wife and I both fell in love with Mark who did amazingly clean, detailed drywall and paint work. Missy is a great designer, and super fun to work with. She made the process feel easy even though it could have been very overwhelming. Sue, who managed the project from start to finish, was a *phenomenal* communicator always keeping us in the loop. Randy did some A+ detail work on trim, cabinet install and everything he touched. And Erik, I still owe you some Penn State tickets. Just 👍👍 all around great.
