I first tried booking an appointment a few weeks ago to get my hair done. I used the online scheduling and thought everything was fine. I got a call the next day from the salon canceling my appointment because the online booking double booked. So a few weeks later I scheduled another online appointment. Walking into this salon I was in aw! This place was BEAUTIFUL it was so welcoming and inviting. I showed Rachel some pictures of what I wanted and she went to work. I love this salon!! Lois has brought my hair back to life! She took so much time with me to show me how to care for my hair and style it!! She was able to get me in at the very last minute and help me when I needed it most. She knew exactly what to do and actually cared! Her team also helped. I can’t speak highly enough of Lois and her team of stylists. I’ll be going back regularly. Thank you Looks Salon!

Best haircut I have had in years. I have tried over 5 places in the Pittsburgh area and finally found a great spot! I would absolutely recommend Rachel and Looks Salon to anyone looking for a professional haircut.
