These people care about their customers. Period !They made a special arraignment to fit me in due to my limited schedule this day. The haircut was perfect. My full beard trim is the nicest I've ever had and looks great. I'm not sure the name of the lady who took care of me, but she was meticulous and very thorough. My wife loves the cut and is very happy, and if the wife is happy......BTW I'm a 1st time customer, but it certainly won't be my last time there.Thanks for coming to work and doing this job. Love these people. I've connected with one of the girls who used to cut my hair at another establishment, and now have Kathy doing my hair again! She's fantastic and does your hair the way you want it done. They're all great and never heard a bad word about the place- Thank you girls for making my hair beautiful! ?

It was fine. Frank cut my hair. He was nice, real chatty, made it a point to make sure I liked my haircut and got what I paid for. He was quick and proficient, which is all anyone can ask of a barber. I don't even like dinging them a star, but I can't give a half star so 4 stars it is. Front desk person was polite and was able to schedule me same day on a Saturday morning: that is pretty darn good, especially in Monroeville. Nothing stands out as bad really. Thanks again for the cut.
