I’ve utilized this nail salon out of convenience in terms of it being close to home several times . The service technicians were very rude . Upon getting my fill in , I mentioned that some of my nails were lifting and I needed a soak off for several nails. The male nail tech became agitated and refused to finish my nails despite them being the last salon to fill them in . My regular salon was able to soak and fill my nails without issue . I will not be utilizing this salon ever again ! Terrible customer service , non-skilled techs, subpar results .

Have given this place multiple chances. First time, I had a gel mani pedi and it pealed off the next day. The second time, I was told they were unable to complete removing my gel polish and they no longer had to time to try and I was basically kicked out of my appt. Very rude staff as well.

The first time I went there they were really good. The second time I called and made an appointment and I was five minutes late they closed! It says they are open until 8:00pm. So I confronted them in the park lot and basically they said I was late and they were closed! It was 2 hours before they even closed! I don’t even want to give them one star.
