I have been a client of Karen’s since she became a massage therapist. Karen is an exceptional massage therapist because of her compassion and commitment to her clients. Karen is always learning new skills and techniques to ensure that you always get a massage that is specific to your needs. Not only will Karen ask about your problem areas for your massage, she will give you suggestions to try at home so your massage benefits last longer.
2024 Update: I’ve been going to Karen consistently every four weeks for almost an entire year straight now, and honestly it’s the best decision I can make for myself and my self care. I cannot recommend her enough!!OG: Karen gives hands down one of the most knowledgeable and relaxing massages I’ve ever gotten. Without ever feeling like I need to be “hurt” for her to “fix me up” she somehow manages to put me at ease AND ease my woes. 10/10 would recommend to everyone and anyone!
Very relaxing. Peaceful. A little escape from the world. I have known Karen for 20 years and have been getting massages on a monthly bases. During Covid she had to close for a bit. Once she was able to reopen she went over and beyond with safety measures to keep everyone safe. Karen is dedicated to her studio and has really expanded her education on being and living as nature has intended. Making you feel special ,comfortable and relaxed is her goal. Her massage skills has certainly helped me feel better and has made me more aware of living healthy. Her gardening is all natural and vegetables are delicious. You will enjoy your little escape from the world.
