“To start with the staff is genuinely friendly and caring. The communication throughout the entire process. I have very severe anxiety and I've been activating yet dreading the implants. I thought for sure the pain was going to be unbearable. It was the least painful dental procedure Ive had. Individual extractions have caused more pain for me in the past. The staff is like family, and have been with me through the entire process ready to answer any questions and even listen to my fears. Unlike some other places I checked out, SHDA has been the most comforting, accommodating, and truly friendly staff. I couldn't recommend them more! My procedure went phenomenally. Everyone has been amazed by my progress and the results with even my temps in. This has changed my life, and I didn't even miss a day of work (I work from home).“

I have taken my two kids to Pleasant Hills for over a year, and they have efficiently coordinated with Babb Orthodontics to ensure we have the best possible care. Dental care is so different than it was in the 90's and my children both said "it didn't hurt" when they had numerous teeth extracted.“

I have had an interesting week thus far to say the least & when I broke a filling in my tooth (I thought this week couldn't be more challenging ?). “This was honestly the best experience I have ever had with a dentist. I called their office because I chipped my front tooth and they were able to squeeze me in later that same day. Doc came in within 3 mins of being put in a room and took the time to read over my paperwork and ask some questions. He fixed my tooth perfectly - cannot even tell it was chipped. I would 100% recommend this practice to everyone and anyone.“

“I recently started to experience tooth pain. I called on Monday for an appointment. They scheduled me for Wednesday. The dentist and assistant was excellent they helped me as soon as I got there. My pain started to subside within minutes after the dentist targeted my issue.In addition to the help from the dentist and assistant... Mandy in this office is always kind and professional.
