The irs ended up holding our taxes bc of errors on my husband's taxes at the fault of his employer! Erica went above and beyond to get us our money. She contacted a congressmen and they jointly got us our money so fast. I know someone who has been waiting since January and Still hasn't even gotten an update from the IRS and we already got our full payment including our interest from being held!! I highly suggest and I'll always use Erica every year for our taxes! She is knowledgeable and works fast and efficiently!“

I called in to ask if it was fixable and if there was anything I could do before the payment went through. They explained what they would need to correct it and walked me through the error I made so I know what not to do next year. I was so nervous to call but I'm glad I did, she was very nice and didn't make me feel bad for trying my best but doing it wrong.“
