“We hired TaylorMade Solutions to replace the roof and gutters on our 103 year old home. If you have an older house, you know that any project comes with plenty of unknowns and curveballs, and especially a project of this size and significance.

Dan Taylor himself came out for the estimate. He was very thorough and took the time to discuss details and options for ventilation and repairs. He even noticed some sagging on the corners of the roof overhang that others had missed, and proposed solutions. He also pointed us in the direction of a compelling third party financing option.

The team showed up promptly as scheduled to do the work, and stayed well into the evening each day. They were courteous and seemed generally happy on the job. We were particularly impressed by the real time creative problem solving as they encountered some of the repairs. Dan himself worked with the team on some of the more critical repairs, and they all took the care to make things right.

We knew some of the scope work would be unknown until the old shingle was removed, yet the whole project came in reasonably close to the estimate. We are very pleased with the end result. Not only do we have a new roof, but the whole house looks fresher, tighter, and frankly, happier.
