We would definitely recommend Jessica to anybody interested in purchasing a home. She was very down to earth and informative about the entire process. She was able to get a feel for what we were looking for in order to give us ideas, options, and even show us homes that were right up our alley. She didn’t get offended if there was a place we didn’t like and she was very patient! You can for sure trust her when it comes to the home buying market! We appreciated her throughout and are so happy with our new home!

Jessica South was fantastic. We were selling our house in late October 2024 (not the ideal time to list a house) but she assured us that, while there may be fewer buyers at that time, the buyers looking were serious buyers. She was right.
Her drone photos of the property were perfect as were the interior photos. Adding the floor plan to the online listing was a great touch as well.
Jessica sold our house in less than 2 months for a price we were VERY happy with.
The closing went smoothly.
