My name is Lisa Marie Marcello we live in Monaca Pennsylvania. I can’t stress enough , The wonderful service that we received. It was a Thursday morning very early and our springs on the garage door had broken. I called the Electric garage door downtown Monaca. I had spoken to Jeremy what a wonderful pleasant individual. He not only took my call, but went above and beyond and immediately within 40 minutes from my car was at my door to fix the springs temporarily until we receive our new part.Who does that anymore ,big businesses not so sure but this business did.I was absolutely amazed. This company is the best in beaver county. They go above and beyond the call of duty when it comes to customer service. They are quick and efficient and know what they are doing. They been servicing my business for years and go to onsite customers to fix there needs on trailer door etc.
