I was so pleased with this company and the nice man (Dave) who fixed the problem with my washer. He was very knowledgeable, pleasant and professional. They came to my home the day after I scheduled, way before originally planned which was even better. There is a reason why this business has been around so long... they know what they are doing and they know how to treat people. I consider the service fee reasonable for this current economy. He came. He saw. He fixed!He made a determination within minutes and proceeded with the repair. I called the previous morning and he arrived the following afternoon. I found him to be professional in all aspects and the overall experience very satisfactory.
