Joe is fantastic and was so helpful during our home inspection! He not only took his time looking at the property but made sure to point out key details to us as we walked through. As buyers, we felt very informed at the end of the day. Then, he quickly turned around a detailed report for us.

This was my second experience with a home inspector. Joe Dunlap went up and beyond throughout the entire inspection. He made sure I understood what he was saying and did it politely and professionally. His knowledge is extensive. He was also able to give me advice on who to seek out to fix what he had found. After his thorough inspection on the mobile home I'm looking to purchase, I felt strongly confident with his opinion and recommendations for the home.
