Working with Gina and Wayne was a great experience. I inadvertently underestimated the severity of the issue we were having, but Wayne went above and beyond to fix things for us. Plus he and Gina both seem like such nice people!

Had a side by side fridge leaking, oddly enough, from the top of the door. Reached out to these kind folks and they responded very promptly. Wayne arrived early (such a rarity these days!) for the repair and despite not encountering a problem of this nature in 30 years, was still able to resolve the problem quickly. Very reasonably priced on top of it. Would definitely recommend this company and would use them again in the future!

i had to have the gentleman from washers and more come out to my house and fix my oven. no one around here works on kitchaid without it costing an arm and a leg! but this place did and they were amazing. the husband does all the mechanics and the wife runs the counter and they both are very sweet and professional. i will be calling again with any other issues!
