Everything went perfectly as planned, and he is a great, well socialized, confident, curious, and loving puppy. Her kennels are clean, and it didn't have a smell despite it being one of the hottest days of 2025. Bonnie also grooms and her grooming shop has almost everything you will need for a puppy minus a puppy crate and toothbrush set. Definitely would come back here for another puppy, just wish we weren't 4hours away this place
Very professional and courteous. Canaan is very nice and cleaned up each day before leaving. I had him paint 7 rooms including a 2-story hallway and a high-humidity room. He was here for 2 weeks. Canaan also removed old wallpaper and put up new wallpaper and border. I've recommended him to everyone. He went above and beyond what I expected him to do and put up with my last-minute changes with no problem. I liked that he told me what he'd be working next so I could plan accordingly. Definitely recommend!
Our Millie and Mork are always happy and healthy upon our return. They board together as they are accustomed in a warm, clean environment with excellent care. And the grooming services are top of the line!

I recently had my Telecab Lift replaced by Accessible Solutions 360. I had contacted them when my previous unit stopped working and my former repair company was unavailable. Gretchen at AS360 was very helpful and informative in my initial contact over the phone. She informed me that the necessary repairs might be covered under Medicaid. An evaluation in my home was done quickly by Bill and the recommendation for a new unit was made. A follow visit was made by Travis to obtain additional measurements. All AS360 staff were professional, friendly, sincere and knowledgeable.
The process of gaining approval from Medicaid for Home Modifications took some time but was not too cumbersome. My service coordinator worked with the company to gather, forward and submit the necessary documentation. However, it is at this point that the communication with AS360 became a little inconsistent, including a technician arriving completely unscheduled at 9:00am one random day. Once the modification was approved, communication around scheduling the installation was also inconsistent. This breakdown in communication is the reason for my 4 star rating.
Eventually, I was scheduled for the installation of the new unit with Bryan and Ryan. Both were clearly knowledgeable and highly skilled in their roles. They were also very responsive to my questions and concerns throughout the arduous installation process which took 6 days of close 10 hours per day. The installation was complicated by my personal care needs that required that Bryan and Ryan clean up the work area and leave the premises for me to use the bathroom or dress. They were very kind and compassionate repeatedly telling me that it was not a problem. The unit was installed beautifully, including laying new flooring and painting around it. All of the work is well done and they cleaned up the entire area afterwards. They also reviewed how to operate my new Telecab, safety features, emergency procedures and assisted me to navigate some differences in the cab design. I am very happy with the service received from Bryan and Ryan, and with Accessible Solutions 360.

I just bought a Speed Queen washer/dryer set from them and I absolutely love them. Great delivery and set up. Had a hiccup with the water line hook up because apparently my lines are backward in my house. The guys came back the next day and now it’s working like a charm.
