If I could rate Triple D Truss higher than 5 stars I would, there is no other way to describe this company besides amazing. There are many things that make them standout from the 21 other lumber yards I requested quotes from. First and most important was customer service right from the start. I found Triple D Truss through a Google maps search for "truss manufacturer" and contacted them through their contact page/email. Within a day, I had received an email back saying they could design my truss and did so very quick. We have a roofing company locally to where Triple D Truss is located. We buy all our metal roofing materials there. They are polite, helpful and quick to make things right if something is damaged or incorrect.
