When I had a pinched nerve and numbness in my arm, I went to a local chiropractor and for six sessions they worked on me doing everything except touching me! I came out of chiropractic care in nearly the same condition I went in, but ONE massage from Sarah and my numbness started to go away. A couple days after the massage I was back to new.
