We had another wonderful experience at Snippers. We love going therr to get our hair taken care of and have always had positive experiences. And while we have been in there to get our hair done, we have witnessed how they treat their customers with kindness and patience. Such a wonderful place! I haven't had anything done to my hair in the last two years, so I asked Tracie to trim my ends and then we picked colors for a dye job. She did foils for highlights, and everything came out perfectly! My hair looks 100% better than it did before!

My husband and I bought flooring from the Factory Carpet Outlet and had an incredible experience from beginning to end!Firstly, Tim was so helpful and wonderful to work with. He showed us images of flooring on the computer, showed us samples under different lighting, and sent us home with A TON of samples because he said he would rather we see it at home than wonder what it would have looked like had we not tried it. So, 12/10 on customer service.Secondly, once we placed the order, we received phone calls every few days regarding the delivery status. We never felt like our order was forgotten or not important.Thirdly, the order came in faster than anticipated.I can't say enough good things about Tim or the Factory Carpet Outlet.
