The professionals at Kilowatt came to us through the PP&L RAP program. Jason & Will came out to diagnose the issue & provided Jordan the information needed to estimate the work. All communication was prompt & complete so we could schedule the work. Jordan worked well with PP&L and local inspector to coordinate a quick turnaround as the 92 yr old homeowner is infirmed & on oxygen. Power shutdown needed to be minimized & they worked with that.

Jourdan was helpful. He did the work that was asked. I had questions and he was able to give me answes. This company responded very well to my requests and I appreciate their help. I would definitely have them come again to service my house.
