He did everything he could to try to fix it but we decided to replace it instead of rolling the dice on investing in more repairs. We were without hot water for weeks but as soon as our parts were in Tamas was here all day for days. Even before then, he came on Christmas Eve Sunday trying to help us. As stressful as this was he made it so much easier and showed he truly cared, and got everything working before the major storm.“

Zach from Heckman came out, listened to what I had done up to that point and completed the repair of the unit. One of the replacement boards required a modification that I wasn't aware of. I had called a competitor who came out and wanted to replace the entire system consisting of 2 inside units and the outside unit. Zach had this one running for $125. If you want something fixed and not just replaced, call these guys.“
