In August of 2023 we purchased Shaw carpet for our family room from G. Talley. Excellent from first point of contact. The carpet (Shaw PetPerfect Hard at Play III) came with a great warranty against stains if they reappeared after professional cleaning. The stains reappeared so we contacted G. Talley and they put a warranty claim into Shaw for us. They handled the warranty claim from beginning to end with Shaw and today July 29, 2025 our new carpet was installed by two of their excellent installers. Recommend, nice to work with. We closed on our very first home and decided to get new carpets upstairs before we moved in. We are SO incredibly happy with the results! From start to finish Meg and Garrett were extremely pleasant to work with. We had no previous knowledge of flooring and they were very informative and considerate. You can tell they truly care about their customers and not just in it for the big bucks. Their company uses top quality padding. They also re-screwed our floors before installing the carpet leaving our home squeak free! We picked 701 Sawgrass from Dreamweaver which is the perfect neutral light tan. Carpets were our very first project in our new home and I'm so grateful the process went as smooth as it did! Thanks GTalley Carpet and Flooring! I'm looking forward to our next project.
