The owner came right away. We called on a Friday afternoon and he was at our house that night to help with our boys heating upstairs. He spent hours fixing the issue. We are so happy!!!!! We will be using 24/7 Heat and Air again!!

Our heat pump broke down yesterday in January. My husband called Terry, and within minutes he called back. He said, “I can be there in 20 minutes.” He came, evaluated the problem… he was right, and he fixed it. He’s also so reasonable!!! And very nice and personable! We would absolutely use Terry again and highly recommend!!
