Donna thoroughly explained to me exactly what was going to happen in each step, as well as what to expect for the next 10 days. Spa was spotless; she kept me at ease the entire time and sent me home with post-peel products and thorough instructions. She followed up with me to make sure I was reacting properly. To me the peel was not quite as relaxing as a facial as it doesn't take much time, but has had longer lasting results than a facial!
