I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Mike. From start to finish, he was kind, incredibly thorough, and clearly extremely knowledgeable. What really stood out to me was how patient he was—I had a lot of questions, and not once did he make me feel silly for asking. I walked away from the inspection feeling like I had learned so much. I had the ability to review an inspection they had done on another property,and as a result was confident in the detail and diligence. Thereport they provided me was as excellent too. Matt was showing me a few things that were down the road items to budget for (water heater,dishwasher), and some general maintenance items (filters, caulking, wood protection). With a few other neat things like the plumbing for a wholehouse vac system that I could install if I wanted to. He made great use ofthe inspection time and was focused on the concerns I had; after asking mewhat they were (skylights, deck).
