This is 3rd time using Middletown PA (behind Hardee’s); location off Rt230. They have been consistent since 2020 since 1st time using services. Clean/smaller location is better than bigger locations from my personal experience. From receptionist (Bianca) making appointments & handling insurance co-pays to attentive knowledgeable therapists. (Becca/Jess/Anthony). If your therapist must step away, there is another knowledgeable therapist to step in; providing team approach. Progress reports go electronically to your doctor(s) until ready for exercise(s) at home or gym. Christopher Robson is 2026 director with Rebecca Clouser as my primary therapist. Thank you!
My experience with the Drayer, Middletown location was great from the first day to the last. The staff is professional and friendly. The facility is well equipped and all staff made sure that I was using the equipment correctly and what the purpose was. Should I need PT in the future, I will surely go there.
