The Senior dentist pulled my tooth ,only afterwards is when I found out that the Ambulance had been called to the practice to attend to the Senoir Dentist rightbeforemy appointment. Then I came back to get a partial, that I never received, then put me in Collection and it shows on my Credit Report 🙃 What if I would have been TAH and reported them for allowing Senior to do a procedure after being attended by the Ambulance 15 minutes before your appointment? What would you do, if thus happened to you?

Benko & Benko failed to identify that my son who is now 18 (who was seen by their office up until he was 17) still had baby teeth! Which now we are finding out his adult teeth are impacted and if left untreated could lead to other issues!
I can't understand how or why this was not discussed when they took X-Rays.
His new dentist is floored they never disscussed this with us.
Would NOT recommend this office.

This practice has really declined!! Not open very often. Then they make appointments and then call to say they have to cancel. The schedule is not easy to get an appointment because of lack of practice hours. Just close up!
