Tricia was an absolute dream to work with. She was a great person to have in my corner- her kind words, encouragement, support, and expertise were so appreciated. She stayed on top of things and really put a lot of effort into every step of the whole process. I had a ton of questions, and she was always patient and thorough when explaining things. She was very transparent when communicating, and was always quick to respond no matter the time of day. I felt completely supported the whole way through, and it made it feel easy even when it wasn’t. Her people skills really shine through when on the job, and I felt confident in her ability to sell my house quickly. If I’m ever in the market to buy or sell again (which let’s be honest, I hope that’s not for a while haha) she is definitely someone I would do business with over and over again. I couldn’t recommend her enough.Tyler was also a very good resource and supporter throughout my sale too! I’m terrified of needles but my physical therapist recommended giving acupuncture a try for fibromyalgia, long term back & neck pain & migraines & I was willing to try anything to get relief. Would have given 5 stars but unfortunately one of the newer employee here Rob is extremely disrespectful everytime I come in. But other than that facility is great would recommend on hours Rob is not working. Also longer hours on Friday and Saturday would be nice.
I just had my "mom-mobile" completely cleaned. All I did was leave it in my driveway for him and now it looks like a completely new car. I didn't think he would be able erase all the damage (and smells) from my kids spilling things in the car- but he did!! So impressed, highly recommend.

We recently moved our family to Grove City from Allegheny County. I was not pleased with options for a barber in GC so I've been on the hunt for about 9 months. I recently tried Shaver's in Mercer and my search has ended. Kaitlyn is the owner and the barber. She's kind to us and patient with my boys. She gives a great cut at a very reasonable price. Perhaps most importantly, she's a great conversationalist!
She is by appointment only. I actually prefer this because I know that I'll be in and out quickly.
Kaitlyn's grandmother is occasionally in to tidy up and answer the phone. Otherwise, Kaitlyn may not answer if she's busy with a cut. Don't worry, leave a message that you need an appointment, and she'll call you back.
Always notified about upcoming appointments and they take the time to listen to all of my concerns.. Friendly and very professional.
