Experienced technicians who are thorough. Whatever product they use to rid a silverfish problem is more effective with 2 treatments as compared to Previous company who treated my apartment monthly for 18 months. So glad owner of the complex changed companies.

Wow! This team of professionals is amazing!! They assessed my issue with photos via phone FREE OF CHARGE, were incredibly helpful and offered fantastic advice on all of my options. Some companies are simply looking to get service fees and upcharge clients but this company is truly focused on solving the problem...in this case, we might not even pay for anything (potentially throwing out the table). I hope no one needs pest control in the future but if we or our friends/family do, we will absolutely be using Zap Pest Control. Thank you, Matt, John and Anna!
