July 3rd, our outdoor a/c unit stopped cooling the house. My husband & I looked and found a critter's nest by the wiring with some chewed wires. I emailed Pompetti for service after the July 4th holiday weekend. I followed up with a call on Monday and was politely and quickly helped by the office staff saying a tech would be out later. Jamie arrived, listened to everything I had checked & done, quickly repaired the chewed wires, got the breaker reset, and the unit was running and cooled the house down in time for today's heat advisory. Jamie and Pompetti are always responsive and pleasant in every interaction I have. I recommend Pompetti to family, friends, & neighbors.
