Just had the most unpleasant experience from Chrissy in their office. I called inquiring about an estimate for a couple pieces of equipment. I told her I wasn't personally familiar with their company and had a few questions. This is for my elderly family member so I was looking for kindness and patience, which she failed to deliver. Their ability to service after the installation was equally important, so I was curious as to how many techs they had on staff to see how big of an outfit they were. My furnace broke on a cold winter day, I called and Jim arrived quickly after. One replacement part, shipped express and installed the next day, and my furnace turned back on. Thanks Jim!Service: Repair HVAC

Appreciation / Shoutout Post:If anyone is looking for a AWESOME HVAC company, look no further!Pompetti Heating and AirMy heating system suddenly broke at a rental property of mine and I called these guys. They were super responsive from start to finish. They were able to be onsite same day!! My job was quite complicated too. Long story short:I had electric heat (it was ancient ?)and they provided me with a few different options to fix or replace the unit. I winded up converting to gas. I had to get peco involved as well.
