James was extremely helpful and available throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend their business to friends and family needing exterior home improvements. It can be hard to find business that you can trust these days, but Compass Windows and Doors were extremely respectful and transparent throughout the entire process.

Jim was able to meet me on my time schedule. He was very informative explaining the product specs along with answering all my questions. Our Church project will be delayed however Jim is willing to work with us.

Jim was really thoughtful about giving us the full scope of work needed for our project! The way he positioned our project was working back as if he was the customer himself and we truly appreciated it! He wasn't just a sales guy trying to push us in any certain direction. He guided us down the best possible path for us without taking advantage of our time & budget!
