I was very pleased with the excellent exam Dr. West recently gave me. I trusted his eyeglass prescription SO much more, compared to one I had received last year by a Dauphin County optometrist who rushed me through!
Amazing! Extremely polite! I am new here and I have never had an eye Dr explain what’s happening to my eyes. Very informative! As for the receptionist, wonderful, polite, willing to help and provide assistance when choosing eye ware. Very knowledgeable ?
The kindness and professionalism here is top notch. The ease in making an appointment and working with me on a time that worked best for me was a breeze. Dr. O listened to my questions and concerns and was not dismissive. This was the first time at an eye doctor where I wasn’t judged or dismissed for a concern I had. Even though Dr. O did not have all the answers immediately, she followed up with me a few weeks later, as promised, with more info that she was able to compile. No doctor has ever done that for me.
