I had a hospital stay @ West Shore Hospital over this past weekend. I have nothing but good things to say about W.S.H.. I was on the 5 floor,an every single medical personnel I dealt with were absolutely marvelous!!!! Even down to the cleaning ppl,an kitchen servers! Why this hospital only has 2 1/2 stars is beyond me. Yes,the wait in the ER was LONG an frustrating,I was soooo tempted to leave,but glad I stuck it out! THANK YOU everyone! Especially Joe,the nurse I had the last day there. He is absolutely wonderful,,,an good looking too.! ?

I absolutely HATE needles. It doesn't help that phlebotomists usually have a tough time finding a suitable vein on me, or hitting a vein the first time. I always work myself up prior to having blood work done, because its awful.I came in to have labs done this morning. Tiffany F was my phlebotomist. She checked both arms, and found a vein fairly quickly. I do not know what kind of magic she possesses, but not only did she get my vein on the first try, I barely felt it!Don't know what you guys are paying her, but she deserves more.

came in early on a saturday morning and ALL of the staff were so friendly!! It seemed like everyone in the waiting room waited for less than 5 minutes before being called back! They are great here!
