First class; incredible private sessions. I get personalized workouts for my 12 year old son and I in a clean, safe environment. I highly recommend Royal Fitness to everyone, even to parents that want to get in a solid workout with their kid like me.
Prince is an amazing trainer and a motivator. He is very professional and knowledgeable. The biggest looser challenge is a great way to get fit and have fun. His personal training sessions are better than visits to the shrink's office! He has been training me and my 16yo son with great results. We both love Prince and I highly recommend him!!
Prince and Jeannette run a great gym. Really focused on your individual needs and goals. Coaching, training, nutrition, injury strengthening, boot camp classes - they do it all! Would recommend to anyone looking to improve their overall health and physical fitness.
