I toured a property to rent on a Friday, and got approved by the following Wednesday even without 3x rent as monthly income.A welcome basket was given on the day of move-in which was very thoughtful and helped ease some of the move-in stress. I did most of my communication with Joel, who is very down to earth and knowledgeable of the area.The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because some of the appliances were absolutely filthy at the time of move-in. Other than that minor inconvenience, I would absolutely rent from this company again.“
