Billy is AMAZING! I fried my hair too death. I had bleached it so many times to put wild colors in my hair. It was a disaster. Billy rehabbed my hair, and now, 2 years later, it is still gorgeous because this man can cut hair like he's in a competition and he's winning. His eye for color is phenomenal. And, after i had a baby and my hair began falling out on top of the breakage from the old bleach damage, he cut my hair into a beautiful cut even though I didn't want to cut as short as I had to. I have been looking for a talented hair dresser since I left Charlotte over 10 years ago. Time after time I tried various salons in all the surrounding areas, and no one it seems could give a quality, "big city" haircut. Until I met Billy. I have long, thick hair that necessitates a good layered cut, and this seems to be like asking for the moon with most hairdressers. Billy gets it. He takes his time to "fix" the bad cut, explaining that this will be a joint process of working with the customer to finally arrive at that one look that will be perfect for her/him. Actually, the first cut was so near perfect I was astounded. A true artist. You can't find better.
