Billy is AMAZING! I fried my hair too death. I had bleached it so many times to put wild colors in my hair. It was a disaster. Billy rehabbed my hair, and now, 2 years later, it is still gorgeous because this man can cut hair like he's in a competition and he's winning. His eye for color is phenomenal. And, after i had a baby and my hair began falling out on top of the breakage from the old bleach damage, he cut my hair into a beautiful cut even though I didn't want to cut as short as I had to.
