Jared was very helpful and discussed options to address our problem. He did not try to sell us work that wasn’t needed. He was very knowledgeable and professional. So glad I called Mr . Rooter.
Called another local plumber for emergency sewage backup into the house repair around 11:30pm and was sent to voicemail. Called Mr. Rooter and got someone to speak to. They assured me they would call the individual on call and try their best to get out to me that night. Within 15 minutes I received a call back informing me that they would be on their way. 15 minutes prior to ETA, I received a call from the tech telling me they were 15 minutes out - so great communication throughout.The tech, Zach, was extremely polite, knowledgeable, and fixed our issue fast. Great service! We unfortunately had our well pump go out, and they managed to squeeze us in that day so that we wouldn't be without water for days. They called to let me know when they were on their way and got the job done much sooner than I expected! Definitely recommend!
