Jessie does therapeutic massage on me to alleviate neck and shoulder pain. This is a long-standing chronic problem but after a few sessions I'm getting more range of movement in my neck and less pain. She's very passionate and analytical about what she does. She recognizes and targets the problematic muscles. She gives good advice. She was highly recommended by my chiropractor who has been treating this too.
Started massage therapy to improve some range of motion issues I'm experiencing. I am so happy to have full neck rotation back and I've seen lots of improvement with hip rotation. I'm addicted to my massage therapist, Alainna!
I followed Alainna to Mending Roots and couldn't be happier. The location is convenient, clean, and welcoming. If you are into wholistic 'stuffs', they have a bunch. If you are a man and work out (or use your muscles for anything), you should schedule an appointment. Alainna has a tremendous understanding of the human body and uses that knowledge to relieve tension. She has helped me loosen up tight muscles, which in turns helps me perform better at pretty much everything I do. If you are looking for a deep tissue, therapeutic type massage, you can stop your search. Alainna is the last person you will need to 'try'. She is great!! Follow up....... read full review
