Tony is great! We walked out the same day with some in stock flooring thanks to Tony’s help. We went down the street to another flooring place & were ignored. When we got to M&Z, Tony was very helpful and so kind to us as newbie's to looking at flooring. He gave us a lot of great tips. Thanks Tony! We will be back for the rest of our house!
I purchased a living room rug from M&Z Carpets and Flooring that required custom sizing. Sue Brothers provided the BEST customer service and product choice. She listened carefully to my needs, gave me lots of time to review M&Z's entire inventory, answered my questions thoroughly and thoughtfully, provided suggestions about measuring, rug placement, and details to consider based on room traffic.I was able to take samples home to determine which rug sample was the best to complement my furniture. I replaced the carpet on the stairs in my house. I went to M&Z and others for estimates. M&Z staff were very helpful in selecting the best carpet and pad for my stairs, and their estimate was far below the others. The carpet was installed and staff cleaned up afterwards. It looks great and feels great when going up and down the stairs. I recommend you checking them out for your next flooring project! I will use them again.
