I had found a small section in my home of termite damage, I called Home Paramount for an appointment and Tony Gerver was sent to my home to inspect/evaluate the damage and issue. She thoroughly explained the entire process and treatment to me and my wife. When she installed the bait traps around the perimeter of my home she was extremely respectful of my home and property. I hesitated on calling them as they are a larger company but I am extremely glad I was able to reach them and had the service performed by them and Tony. I will now call and recommend them to anyone who needs pest control treatment.
Keith Wiener call back service was exceptional. He promptly and thoroughly accessed the situation and devised a comprehensive plan for eliminating our problem. His congenial personality and extensive knowledge gave us great peace. Thank you.
