When I arrived, I checked in as I signed in on the app. The ladies were working on two others clients’ hair. They both finished and went straight to the back. My wait time said 0 minutes. Myself and another man waited out front for about 10 minutes while the staff were in the back. I can see why their wait is typically so long. They seem to take breaks after each customer.

Got a great cut and was done promptly. Chloe my stylist was a bit weird, but did a thorough job. For all the bad reviews from women expecting salon treatment here- it’s not the place to get it. Anything outside of a cut is extra, as they keep their prices low by having a small service list (to fit as many clients in a day as possible). It was 18$ haircut and 10$ for shampoo-condition. 28 bucks is a steal when the outcome is the same as a 80 cut at a typical salon. Not sure how much extra the full blow dry would have been, but she did dry my hair half way. I don’t mind this at all- the cut was the important part. I like the online check-ins. It's not always accurate but it can be helpful. Simple cuts. They probably could wash your for $35 like other places but at least they don't push it on you ?Price: $20
