We he came in, he immediately starting looking around my house from outside and plugged up any holes and placed a couple of traps. Whe he came in the house, I took him to the kitchen stove. He pulled it out and he set a trap there and a few other places. He told to give it a couple of weeks, but don't hesitate if I need him soon. Yes, I'm very satisfied with his service. Thanks Fox Pest control.
