Elite Athletic Performance is the place to go!!! The Staff is exceptionally dedicated to helping you reach your fitness goal whether it is through Physical Therapy or through the Wellness Program. Without hesitation, solutions are given to any question asked regarding your individual fitness needs. The treadmills in the water have enabled me to continue improving my stamina and strengthening my injured knee for over a year now. There's something about being in the water that enables the stress of the day to melt away, leaving both body and mind refreshed after a workout. Yes, a Five Star recommendation for the Best of the Best !!

Started with therapy and ended using their pool.i now have personal training with Cody G. Each training we do something new as he educates me on all the gym and weights have to offer.
