More so for the scheduler and secretaries. They follow a checklist based effort to getting people the care they need and never go above the easiet thing in front of them.It is near impossible to speak to them unless they are calling you.When speaking to them they act out of their scope of practice by stating what medical care is and what diagnoses requires.Never have I had a good
I have been using the VA since 2009 in quite a few different places and this has by far been the best I have experienced. They have been more than helpful at every turn. It is rare, for me anyway, to find a VA where they put so much care in their Veterans. Everyone here was amazing and this VA was one of the reasons I missed living in Carlisle.
They are mostly efficient. Most of the staff is well mannered & friendly. I do not mind going here at all, as they treat me like a human being & not a number. I like my care team and they have done alot for me.
